Returns

2. Pack Your Item: Safely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and any accessories or documentation that came with it.

3. Attach the RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package. This step is essential to expedite the processing of your return.

4. Use Australia Post: Visit the Australia Post website at https://auspost.com.au/ to create a return shipping label and schedule a pickup or drop off your package at a local Australia Post office.

5. Tracking Your Return: You can track your return package using the tracking number provided by Australia Post at Track an item.

Refunds
